I asked for Cross pen and pencil sets. An employee lead me to look at the online Staples for them and said "heres the sets", showing me pens with refills. When I asked if those "sets" (as he called them) had pencils with them? He said "We have whats here, I cant make things appear on the pages." What the heck was that about? I was shocked to say the least" Now I know why there wasnt one car in the parking lot and the store was empty. I actually thought they were closed when i pulled up. They will be soon, just like OfficeMAX across the street went out of buisness. They couldn't "make things appear" either I guess. I'm still stunned by any buisnes that treats customers like this! X-customer..I will never enter that store again and it appears not many do. Yes, I did ask for a manager and she semed busy and not the least interested in even who the employee was. She simply stated "OK, I'll handle it and walked away." Unreal !
