Communication was poor. We picked a stamp that they apparently have had issues with cracking in the past and we were not warned or recommended to choose another stamp. Pros: Would have been happy if the patio was not cracked and crumbling. Cons: Patio cracked, crumbling concrete, non responsive to inquiries about fixing. more
