Stallion Auto Sales

This posting is meant not to bash a small business but to warn other consumers. I purchased a vehicle from Stallion and in less than a week I found out that engine maintenance lights on the vehicle had been turned off and there were many issues with the vehicle that will cost thousands to fix. Part of that issue was a RAT living in the vehicle that I apparently brought home with me and now I have a Rat living in my garage and a vehicle that has to have a new wiring harness as the RAT ate the existing one. \r \r I had the car for less than a week and have never had an issue with rodens in my subdivision. This dealer puts on a warm and caring front and truely makes you believe they are running a legit business until you have an issue and actually prove they are selling junk cars that look good. These people knew I had a young child and safety was my top priority, they did not care. They also were contacted to let them know of all the issues and never even called back. I bought a 2006 Volvo about 6 months ago and the car has worked fantastically. I had to have a spark plug replaced (spark plugs are less than $20 each) a few weeks ago but with 96,000 miles on a car, little repairs like that are to be expected. Sam and Jim were very nice guys and they worked with me on my financing to get me into a reliable car that was within my budget. The car I purchased was actually $1,000 less than the KBB value so I feel like I got a good deal. I would definitely recommend this place for a good used car. I think the fact that they've been in business for over 30 years speaks VOLUMES. Clearly, they are doing something right. more

I came here to look at a 2010 nissan maxima. It wasn't at the dealership. They sent their workers to go get it. I test drove it and asked for a carmax . It drove extremely well and the car fax came back clean. I had my own financing and my own extended warranty. I decided to purchase the vehicle and Jimell was very helpful in getting me in my new car and on the road to enjoyment. They priced it below kbb. There was a dent that was in the door that they had fixed without a argument and without trying to charge me. The only downside to this place is that it is not the most upgraded place in town but that's ok because if it was then it would be included in the cost of the cars. Stay away from these terrorist. They all need to be in jail. They don't service their cars. Don't let the shine on their cars fool you, They inflated the price of the car from $15,900 to $17,900. Keep a copy of the advertisement with the price. Beware they will show you another cars, car fax report. They will sell you damaged cars with engines and transmissions about to go out. They will clear the check engine lights on theirs to avoid detection. These people need to be investigated, they are probably fueling money to their arab folks greedy as they are. STAY AWAY. more

WHEN THE CAR WAS DELIVER IT HAD BAD OLD 5YR TIRES, I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTON MY TITLE, THEY REFUSE TO GIVE WARRANTY AS PROMISE AND THE CAR HAS ISSUES. HE NEVER SERVICE THE CAR AS STATED. HE WILL NOT RETURN CALLS. I ADVISE EVERYONE WHO HAS HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE TO FILE A COMPLIANT WITH DEALER LICENSE DEPT BBB AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS. BAD EXPERIENCE! I PURCHASED A BMW. THEY ADVERTISED THE CAR TO HAVE ACTUAL MILES. LATER FOUND OUT MILES WERE ROLLED BACK. CAR DID NOT HAVE ACTUAL MILES AS ADVERTISED. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. SAM DID NOT HELP WITH THE ISSUE. more

I was looking for a used car of Autotrader when I found a 1999 Chrysler Sebring Convertable JXI and it was Green my favret color. I went online to look at reviews for the place and it was 50/50 so I when to check it out after all it looked good in the pics. Once I got there first thing I noticed was that the top was not in great shape but it didnt look to bad but then I looked in the window I saw that the floor board was full of water on top of that I saw dead mosquitos in the car needless to say my friend and I turned around and headed back to our car. The came out as we where leaving and ask if we needed help I said ""nope we are good"". more

Last October, I purchased a 2005 Mazda Rx 8 from Stallion and I would have to say it ruined my year! Im from the panhandle of TX (very north TX) so I drove a long distance looking for this type of vehicle. They traded in my Armada for a price below what I expected so I thought that was the low point of the deal. WRONG! more

I ordered this car sight unseen off Auto Trader. The tires were to have 50% tread left on them BUT THE STEEL WAS SHOWING ON THEM! Also I have been hounding them for over a month for my plates spare keys and paperwork.... HELLOOOO???? Also when the car showed up it hardly had enough gas to get to the gas station in! I dont do business like that! UGH! Would not recommend! Nice car for the price though... Fun! Pros: can't think of any Cons: LIARS more

Warning,Warning,Warning I have filed a small claims petition agianst this dealer on 10/23/06 and won. The owner has not honered the written warranty agreement he gave me and now I am the proud owner of a smoking SUV. I am presently still persuing payment to me that was awarded by a judge in court. There has been no cooperation with the deputy in charge of enforcing payment to me. This dealership is very very decieving! All the way from thier vehicles to salesman to giving false phone numbers. Cons: you will get ripped off more
