Stagecoach Stop USA closed permanently Labor Day 2008. Michigan's premiere Wild West Theme Park in the beautiful Irish Hills area entertained thousands over the years. The park opened in 1964, built by Fred and Dorothy Bahlau, and was beautifully conceived and designed. Now a real Ghost Town, no more is heard the sounds of gunfire in the streets, the melodies of strolling musicians or the laughter of happy children... only the sound of the auctioneer's gavel as the authentic period antiques, relics and architectural elements that furnished the park are auctioned off, leaving very little.
