this is as low a score as i can give stacy's, so here it is. they were completely unhelpful the second they get my money. when i called at least 20 times to try to fix a dress that was sent to me, that was 4 sizes too big, they gave me the run-around for 2 weeks, promising to call back with an answer and never calling back. by the time i finally got someone to talk to me it was too late to get a different dress at the right size. to add insult to injury i found the same dress at a different boutique at half the price. save yourself time, money and a giant headache and go anywhere else.
