Was going to the gym occasionally prior to the shutting down of all gym. Started in September with a trainer and in two months i have dropped from a sz 12 to a 4. daily focus rather than the end goal is best. I have been released from my pain management dr until mid Jan, as i have neuropathy in both legs and feet. 3 right foot injuries from 9/17/19-1/23/2020 and the physical therapy wasnt even enough to make me be able to walk even a few short steps without pain. hiring a trainer and setting smaller goals to be able to be healthy not only in the body, but mind, self-esteem and over-all health! anyone that WANTS to be healthier and feel better can do it TOO! Spunk is a great, local fitness center with lots to offer. social distancing and cleaning stations are being enforced during this time. I feel very safe in my workout environment. thank you Spunk!!
