poor customer service . long wait times with less than professional help. customer since november of 2010 and have been to the store 13 times with equipment problems and it the end of march 2011 (5 months ). There policy is to try and fix the phone 4 times before replacing. samsung epic manditory update destroyed my phones OS and a replacement phone is up to 5 days away. no offer for overnight shipping to get my business phone up and running. no loner phone no help what so ever in a pinch. wouldnt recomend . more

My wife and I had an expired contract with T-Mobile and were investigating all options. There were a couple of sprint phones we were interested in but not sure about - they recommended a 30 trial of the phones. They said that basically we would only pay for the minutes that we used and the prorated portion of the contract. I verified that, since we were paying $130 a month with unlimited minutes, that it would basically be $10.83 a day plus whatever tax might be involved. We had the phones for two days, and our bill was $121. I basically haggled that down to $87 over the phone, then in the process of going back and forth with them aquired a late fee, bringing it to $93. At that point I just caved in and paid. Needless to say, we're back with T-Mobile. more

I liked the sprint service but the rates were very high. The building is nice and the employees are friendly and helpful. I would go back if they would lower thier rates. more
