I am not impressed with the customer service at this facility. You cannot talk to the representatives without paying a $3 fee. You cannot pay a bill there without paying a $3 fee....

I am not impressed with the customer service at this facility. You cannot talk to the representatives without paying a $3 fee. You cannot pay a bill there without paying a $3 fee. You can talk to a rep on the phone there, though. They do a good job of selling, but the follow-up service is lacking in several areas. more
