This store and Sprint Suck - AVOID like the plague! 4/13/2008

Seriously, one of the guys who works there, Scott (aka the big fat guy) is obnoxious. They are a complete bunch of aholes. Rod, the manager, is a piece of work too. Go to AT&T. It's only a few blocks away. more

connection sucks! 10/20/2005

Every phone Ive had from here and people that I know that have one always has problems with keeping a connection. The service just leaves out of nowhere and cuts you off in the middle of a conversation. more

No one seems to care 10/2/2005

I went to this store to pay for my bill. I waited in line for about 15 minutes. It was my turn and I asked the salesperson that I wanted to pay my bill. The salesperson kept on asking me to upgrade my cell phone. I told him that I don't want a new cell phone, but just wanted to pay my bill. He told me that he doesn't accept payment here and that I should call customer service or pay my bill online. Very unprofessional. more

No fun 9/28/2005

I would never go here to pay my bill ever again! They weren't that busy but they seemed overwhelmed anyway. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes the person who was ready to help me next decided to go on break! When I asked someone else about it they said I just had to wait. Very unprofessional and too much of a hassle just to make a payment! Definitley do NOT reccomend! more
