I ordered my plants a month ago still haven't received them. They changed the shipping to a later date when I will be on vacation. When I called in to check on it the calls went to a foreign helpdesk and they were no help at all. They refused to delay the shipping three days till I returned from vacation even though they had changed the shipping date. I cancelled my order and went with another company. more

I just received my order from Springhill Nursery for 6 lariope plants. I have seen your ads for many years and have always been tempted to order something. Your offer of just paying shipping on a $20 order seemed like a great time to try your company. I was amazed by the extremely small size of the plants I received. I didn't expect very large plants, but this is riduculous. I don't know how you stay in business --especially if you rely on repeat customers-- when this is the disappointly small size of plants you sell. I will definitely NOT be a return customer more

I received my shipment from Spring Hill Nursery on April 27th. To say that I was disappointed would be an understatement. First of all on their web site it states "A Growing Guide containing the instructions below is included with every order. The Growing Guide also includes additional information regarding specific plant care and attributes." Well there was NO Growing Guide in my box. Also on their website it states that the Hibiscus will be "Shipped in 3" pot." I received 2 bags with 6 bare roots in them. If I knew that they were bare roots I would not have purchased them! Can't forget the Scabiosa Pincushion Collection. Most of them looked half dead when I received them. I have planted them and I am trying to nurse them back to health. There was barely any roots to ALL of the white ones. Some of the others you can tell they were starving for water because the only place the roots were was at the bottom. I sent this company an email on May 10th, 2007 about all my issues with my order. I got an automatic response from them stating that I will hear back within 48 hours. Well it has been over 72 business hours and still NOTHING. As it stands now I will never order from this company again. more
