This company cannot be any worse than Comfort Control Heating and Air! Now that is one shady business that I would steer clear of! That guy is overpriced and extremely rude, he really lacks customer service and he has like one guy working for him. more

Spring Valley installed my unit when my house was built 3 years ago. I had the usual problems that you have with a new house but very few with my a/c. When I did have a problem they responded very quickly. The girls in the office were very friendly and the 2 guys that came to my house very nice. They even slipped covers over there shoes when the noticed I have white carpet!!! I've had to call several contractors for warranty work since the purchase of my home but Spring Valley has been the only one to show up on time. Pros: professional and prompt more

Poor Customer Service, acted like they didn't know the first thing about my air conditioning unit, the guy doing the job, dumbest guy ever (Jason, I hope you don't get him when you call) was on the phone texting while working on my unit, they didn't have the right parts or tools, it was just a bad overall experience, spring valley needs major help and new employee's if they plan to stay in business Pros: nothing Cons: wasting your money, time, and not getting the job done more

I would never reccomend this company to anyone. They came to our house on Saturday July 22. The motor had gone out on our unit and was told that they would have to order the part and that they would fix the problem on Monday the 24th. We never heard from them on Monday, I had to call them late in the afternoon and was told that the guy who orders the parts was not in the office but that it'd be taken care of on Tuesday. On Tuesday I never heard from them, after calling someone else and in 15 minutes getting the part ordered and on the way I called Spring Valley Air again and was told that the person who prices the jobs and orders the parts was out sick. The girl then tried to tell me that it would cost approximately 800 dollars to fix the repair. I got the parts, shipping and installation for half that amount and in only 2 days. In four days, SVA didn't even order the part. I will never use them or ever refer them to anyone. I would also suggest that you find another company to do business with as this one is horrible.
