I had purchase 4 brand new tires and my trip to New York was smooth and comfortable. I would high recommend my family and friends to Spring Garden Tire & Auto.

Awful 8/16/2013

The whole thing was basically a scam. My TPMS sensors were perfectly fine and the manager told me they were broken, which was impossible, because if so, the low tire pressure sign would've stayed on all the time. They charged me $224.99 to put one sensor on, and then they could not get it programmed because they do not have the equipment that they originally told me they had. They tell me I need to take my car to Nissan to have the sensor programmed which is an additional $50 that I absolutely do not have right now. I'm very disappointed and feel totally ripped off. Do not go here. more

Chris has been servicing our vehicles for 14 years, both at his own shop and his previous employer. He is knowledgeable, explains things clearly, offers a fair price, has a comfortable couch and a clean bathroom. What more could you want? more

Cost way more than expected 6/30/2013

Trust is very important in my relationship with my care care establishment, but I don't feel I can trust what Spring Garden tells me about what my car needs. I feel that my visits are getting too expensive, that I am am being charged for services I don't need and am being encouraged to have unnecessary services done. For instance, I got an oil change for $29.99 and was told I ought to have my tires rotated. The very next day I got an email promoting a "special" oil change for $17.99, including free tire rotation. Why wasn't this offered to me when I was there? I was also given a list of "recommended" services totally over $2500, most of which I believe are unnecessary. They do good work, but I'm afraid I'm being ripped off. more

Great service and warm greeting 5/31/2013

The facilities were superb and well kept. Their bathrooms were nicer than many hotels I've visited and they were on top of the task at hand. Campus Special had a coupon and I only spent 17.99 on an oil change. more
