Spring Creek Apartments

My pregnant wife, 4 year old son, and myself are being kicked to the curb. I satisfied 2 year long leases, with never a late payment. I then lost my job, and got behind a payment. I was right up front with management, and immediately made a payment agreement to catch up, I satisfied that payment agreement as written, and right on time. We're now being kicked to the curb upon the end of my 3rd lease. After $45,000+ paid in rent. No thanks for being a good tenant for 3 years, just a cold letter saying get out by this date. Along with a nice note about continuing to do everything right, else we'll give you a bad reference. The corporate ownership in NJ are too good to even speak to us ordinary people. And the property manager insists that she only does what ""they"" tell her to do. Outrageous. Do yourself a favor and steer clear! more

Hi every body,\r I am living in this apartment (Spring Creek) for the past 3 yrs. I don't have any issues here the community is pretty good. But if you complain rather inform to management to fix any issues (like heater, aircondi.. lights and any screws for door which got removed). They are so care less and the staff will attend after one month latter and they will say some other reason to fix that but they won't fix the issue. Especially there is a lady manager or assistant manager , she is so arrogant and looks like she treats the people based on the race i guess. I felt like that and Infact it happened to my friends(families ) also who live here. If the manager leaves from that place hope this will be the best place to live i guess and the new manager should inform to staff to behave properly with the tenants.\r \r Good luck guys.\r Brian.
