We scheduled a move in 1 month in advance and reserved the truck. There was a mistake and they gave someone else the truck on our move in day. They bent over backwards and got us the truck that day. The facility is great, Awesome customer service and they will make it right for you. more

Best Storage Place in Spring 12/20/2011

We used them for over a year. The process to get moved in was very easy and they offered their moving truck to help with the move-in. The specials were great too! Very personable people that work there and were helpful with every question we had. I love that their entire building was climate controlled. The secured access and video surveillance always made us feel safe and secure. more
