Like all Spencer Savings Bank locations, this branch provides excellent and friendly service with that small town banking touch. I stopped in here in a hurray and actually needed so help researching something on my account. This is not my local branch but I was treated as a valued customer. The teller spent quite awhile giving me personal attention and resolved my problem. When I was leaving, she said to call her or stop back if I needed additional help. She definitely when above and beyond normal customer service on this one.
