The meat is smoked out back on hickory wood and is perfectly moist, the sauce is what you would expect and then some. You can have the regular or the hot, if you're feeling a bit adventurous. Pork and beef are equally as satisfying. The biggest surprise, though are the amazing chicken wings. They are marinated in what seems to be soy sauce and other spices, then put onto the smoker to cook to a dark brown perfect flavor and smokiness. Very unique and worth every penny. Service is prompt and friendly.
