RECENTLY WE SWITCHED TO CABEL TV FROM SATELITE. AFTER THE INSTALLATION THE TECHNICIAN WAS IN SUCH A HURRY THAT HE FAILED TO EXPLAIN OR CHECK THE INSTALLATION.
THROUGH THE WEEK END WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH HIGH DEFINITION AND FORMATTING THE TV SCREEN. CONTACT OUR LOCAL TV SERVICE MAN BECAUSE WE THOUGHT WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH OUR TELEVISION ONLY TO DISCOVER THAT TIME WARNER INSTALLED THE EQUIPMENT WRONG. RESULT WAS A FREE INSTALLATION COST ME $50 AND A VERY FRUSTRATING WEEKEND. TIME WARNER HAS REFUSED TO REIMBURSE US FOR THE $50 BECAUSE THEY HAVE A POLICY THAT WE SHOULD HAVE CALLED THEM FIRST. PROBLEM WAS THAT TIME WARNER, OR TIME WARNER SERVICE PERSON GAVE US NO INFORMATION OR EXPLANATION OR INSTRUCTIONS.
