I recently had a couple of tests done on different days. Each day I went in the ladies at the desk confirmed the Doctor to whom was to receive the results of my tests. (I gave 2 stars because these girls are very very nice.) I am sorry, but what is the point of confirming who gets the results if you are not going to send them to the doctor. Each time I called the doctor to go over the results of my tests and felt silly that he had not gotten them(I waited 2 weeks at least). This happend each and every time I went into that office. When I called to see what the problem was I received attitude on the other end. Imagine if your doctor was quite a distance to travel; how angry you would be if you travled to his office and he did not have the results. You come to a place like this because you have a problem, you do not deserve to be treated poorly and results are eminent and need to get into the proper hands in a timely manor. They are unable to properly complete a task.
