Old Fashion Customer Service the Spanial's Way! 1/4/2014

Your organization has always provided old fashion customer service, which is seriously lacking in business's today. I have been using Spanial's for over 15 years and have always been pleased with the attention to detail and excellent workmanship. My car has run excellent for 195,000 + miles and that in a large part is do to the dedication to detail of your mechanics. Spanials Saved Me Money 1/2/2014

I dropped off my 2008 M-35 at Spanial's thinking I needed a new bearing assembly in the L/F wheel. They called to tell me it was cupping of the tires & that rotating them would eliminate the noise I was hearing. New wheel bearing would have cost around $450. Good to know they know what they're doing and they're honest. more

Good Service, Questionable Pricing 12/23/2013

Had Monroe Front Suspension Strut and Coil Spring Assembly installed. Spanial's charged me $250.65 for part. Found it for $129.10 here: http://www.amazon.com/Monroe-171426-Suspension-Spring-Assembly/dp/B004J2ME0O. A 93.8% markup? Really? I'm happy to pay for their labor...They have the skills, training, and tools, whereas I do not. But I don't need to pay that type of markup for parts. more

I've been taking my vehicles to Spanial's for a long time and will continue to as well as recommend them to my friends. My car has been having issues starting and I replaced the battery and I'm still having issues. I had them take a look at it and it is either my starter or the wire attached to the starter. Instead og charging me for something I didn't need, they had me schedule an appointment so they can take a thorough look at it and let me know what is wrong and will then make the necessary repairs. Thank you guys for being so honest, keep up the good work. more

Quick Service 11/10/2013

Took the vehicle in for an oil change and waited while it was being done. My son and I were offered drinks, tv and something to read while we waited. It was done quickly and they even vacuumed it out for me! more
