I had to wait until triage nurse finished talking to her nurse friend 30minutes, then I was taken to the back,where the staff sat and stared at me after 5minutes they wanted insurance info, waited 2hrs for doctor! The insurance is fast! more

My son arrived by ambulance bleeding from a head wound. Sent to registration-signed in-waited an hour before being triaged-waited additional 50-minutes-We were called back and placed in a room and told the nurse would be in a few minutes. After waiting 30-minutes I opened the door to ask at the desk when would we be seen. Next. 20-minutes later the PA entered the room-assessed my son-he needed stitches-she would instruct the nurse to clean the wound and give him tylenol for the pain. 15-minutes later a nurse came in to clean the wound-the PA came in moments later to insert staples and had to wait for the nurse to clean the wound and find scissors to trim wound area-15 minutes later the PA went looking for the nurse and came back with the scissors-the nurse came in moments later. Pros: nothing, nothing, received bill fast Cons: long wait, understaff, lack compassion more
