The work is better than other shops I have dealt with in the past. Great work the car is like new. Like nothing ever happened. By the way, we're talking a 2009 Genesis. Great people great work. I would recommend this shop. They got everything first shot. No come backs for missed stuff. The car had heavy body frame damage and more. I thought it should have been totaled. These guys do miracles in my opinion. Kudos for Spags. more

Great customer service 3/13/2008

I have used this company a number of times. Insurance has covered along with my deductible, so pricing was not an issue for me. The quality of work and service provided has been very good. The work was completed in a timely manner , and they worked with my insurance company, so all I had to do was to drop off my vehicle and Spag's handled the rent car and my insurance. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for good quality service. Pros: Great service, friendly people Cons: Out of the way, might be difficult to find if you are not familiar with the area more

Pros and Cons.. 12/19/2006

I think Spags probably do good work. I've received several recommendations for their body shop for area residents. It's just they are so overpriced. To do the same work that Hodges quoted us for they charged about $300.00 more. The thing was they jacked up the price of their labor. They are very helpful though. Their body shop is interesting because they have two pit bulls running loose and their owner supposedly has a helicopter he flies around the premises. However because they wanted to overcharge us so much I just don't see why you should go here. Pros: Very intersting shop. Supposedly do good work. Cons: They over charge. Are also in the middle of nowhere. more
