This is by far the most dysfunctional software program I have ever, ever seen. I have worked as Beauty Professional for 10 years and have had the opportunity to use various scheduling platforms and have a formal education in basic computer science. I am an Aesthetician however am assisting with the spa desk as well. Today was my first day attempting to run the spa with Spa Booker behind the wheel. It was a complete disaster and well beyond Mr. Toads Wild Ride. There are more functions that you 'cannot' do as opposed to being able 'to do' - not helpful when several therapists, clients and phone clients are simultaneously needing assistance, changes, modifications, payments and products "now". Very un-flexible. Spa management needs as much flexibility, efficiency, and expediency as possible -you will not find these qualities while using Spa-Booker. Our spa manager emails and calls the tech squad at Spa Booker on a weekly basis with continual new found glitches, program imperfections, discrepancies, scheduling issues and more questions that even the tech squad has no answers for. Frustration will be your mantra for the day if you dabble with Spa-Booker. And impatient frustration may be experienced by your customers, and therapists, while they witness you painfully navigate through an unstable software maze, muttering to yourself as you rip every strand (or extension) out of your head trying to schedule, process payment, modify, or view anything "Spa-Booker". This software program was most likely was not designed by anyone in the spa business. "Avoid at all costs". Save your money, save your mind, save your spa, save your therapists and sanity...run hard...run fast, run as far away as you possibly can from this horrendous program.
