We do not recommend renting from Soviak Realty LLC. Serious repair problems are not answered after Soviak's are notified multiple times. They want to be paid in cash but later argue that they never received it. Properties have plumbing, construction and electrical problems. Soviak's charging some of the highest rent's in town, but are increasing unable to manage upkeep, repair and property maintenance. And then there are the bursts of anger and shouting ....
