This family owned business is about taking your money and providing very little in return. I had no problem with the instructor but the business part of this company has a lot to be desired. From day one business was poor, from being told I was paying for one thing and being signed up for another. Every time we entered the doors of this place it was something from time change without communicating with me to instructor not being there always something. Finally, I was fed up and ask for my sign up fee back because the service is awful and no way would I want to spend a lifetime with this company. Well, Maureen the manager stepped in and ask that I give them another chance and reluctantly I did and wouldn't you know it another issue, the day before we were to go back two weeks after we agreed to give ti another chance she calls and wants to make changes and ask that we be put back to where we started. Unacceptable, now you just want my money and don't care what my child receives. I expressed to her our last conversation and all she could say is she was hesitant about answering the call, oh but mind you I was first told she was not available. So when Maureen could no longer handle the call she put her mom (Joy McGinzy on the phone and all she could say is she sees how my daughter has improved, first of all you don't know where she started from to say you see improvement secondly how can she improve if she is continued to be held back in the same spot. Nevertheless, i requested my 55.00 back because of poor service or lack there of and because I continue to be lied to and my daughter disappointed. Well, she has refused to refund my money so i think everyone should know this is a money hungry company that will do anything to get you there but treat you like crap once you're there.
MY ADVICE TO ANYONE THINKING OF SOUTHWEST AQUATICS THINK TWICE NOT BECAUSE OF THE INSTRUCTORS BUT IF YOU HAVE A LITTLE ONE YOU DON'T WANT TO SEE THEM CHANGING HANDS EVERY WEEK OR THROWING OFF YOUR SCHEDULE SO THEY CAN STILL COLLECT MONEY.
IF I COULD CHOSE NO STAR TO RATE THIS COMPANY THIS IS WHERE I WOULD PUT THEM. This is only a review but I am filing complaints else where about this company.
