Southpoint Self Storage

In response to this persons negative review of our facility...These 2 tenants were given a great deal for storage, however they were trying to live in their unit & sleep at the property to avoid a No Bail Warrant with the Police. They were totally abusive to the managers & made our other tenants feel uncomfortable while they were on the property. After trying to work with these 2 people, we found that they were harmful to our business & drugged out criminals. We had to evict them from the property b/c they continuously broke their lease & became threatening & abusive b/c we would not let them live out of their storage units & wreck our bathrooms. We had to look out for the safety of all of our other tenants, & their behavior was not going to be tolerated. One of these tenants was actually arrested on our property & sent to jail for 1 year. Now, would you want these people at your property?! We don't! more

I recently found Sonoma Storage Emporium and I have nothing but praise to say. The units are new and clean and perfect for all my wine. The staff have excellent customer service skills. Pros: Best Storage in Town more

If I should even give them a star, I seriously doubt it. When we first got our 2 storages we were given a price for each and told we would have that same amount each month for 1 year at the least. Not even 6 months into it, we were given a notice telling us our rent was being raised. We were also told gate hrs were from 5:30-8pm everyday, but if we needed access later than that to just call that day & they could extend it to 10pm, no problem. Well, at about the same time we were given the notice that our rent would be raised, we were also told we were not supposed to be in there after 8pm & the extended hrs were only when we were moving in or out. Obviously we had an issue w/ this & because we did not agree & said we would not be accepting of that, we were then given a notice that our lease had been terminated and we were to be moved out w/ our lock off & we were only given 4 days. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!! more
