Great Store, but could be better 11/20/2008

I was overwhelmed by the selection of culinary items available (A+). The restaurant was wonderful (A+). The waitress was attentive (A+). With the exception of this waitress, the store’s cashier (A+) and two Le Creuset representatives (A+) who were in the store, my impression was that the sales staff (C-) were too busy stocking shelves to offer much assistance. They were not, as a whole, particularly friendly. Sorry “A Southern Season”, some customer service training is in order. more

Amazing store, a bit pricey 4/12/2006

Southern Season is an amazing store! It is huge and has most everything you could imagine related to cooking and eating. If you want a unique gift or a NC related gift for someone, this is a great place to look. Their prices are a bit high but you will find things here that you will not find anywhere else in the Triangle. Their cooking classes are fun too. Their gift baskets are very high quality. more

Neat Store 8/16/2005

This store has grown from humble origins to a new location with a huge following and selection. Great selections of wines and cheeses, as well as sundry things such as coffee, kitchenware, chocolates, jelly beans, and of course a wide selection of Southern themed items (both joke and otherwise). This store is definitely an icon of the region, and deserves a visit, but beware crowds! more

they have great gormet food like no other but the food comes at a steep price. if you dont mlind the steep prices or want an occasional snack or a gift that shows class then this is the place for one to shop. it is a good place to shop around in because of the layout. more

A Southern Season store is the place to buy true southern gift foods as well as all the kitchen accessories to go with it. They offer gift baskets that are put together very well and have something for each member of the family in them. All of the items to create your own gift basket are available as well, such as the actual container for the gift, bottles of wine, an amazing variety of sauces, candles for ambiance and dishes to serve the food. more
