I am a very hard man to please. I think that business transactions need to be conducted a certain way that just doesn't happen much anymore. I hate buying vehicles due to experiences I've had in the past and stories I've heard. I've never understood the complexity of the whole process. South Tacoma Auto broke the mold for me on so many levels. I was initially pleased with how clean all the cars were and how many options that there were to choose from. They had a lot of nice cars to choose from. We ended up buying a LS430 and love it. The car was spotless inside and out and had a nice clean smell to it. I went to south tacoma auto last night and fell in love with my new BMW 328i. I had to get it but I didnt want to pay what they were asking. They were very fair and we came to a price that worked for me. more

Avoid Mo Aliabadi and South Tacoma Auto sales at all costs. This dealer took advantage of my elderly mother by selling her a used car that she A. was unable to afford, B. was in sub par condition, C. broke down no less than 6 days after purchase. My mother went there seeking a used auto she saw in an advertisement. Mohsen Aliabadi and South Tacoma Auto performed a bait and switch tactic on her. Not only did she pay $3,000 over blue book value, she was coerced into purchasing an extended warranty that the company ultimately wouldn't honor. To make matters worse, the interest rate was 16.9% when she was showed 6.9%.\r South Tacoma Auto is very untrustworthy and I would suggest doing business elsewhere. If you see Mo Aliabadi, suggest to him that he should not take advantage of the elderly. more

At first the service here was good, that was until my tire started going flat and reliazed that the tread on my tires were almost bald and definetly not up to driving standards. I tryed speaking to the manager (ALEX) numerous times and he told me that he wouldnt do anything because they didnt make enough money off of me?!?! I am currently waiting for the safety inspection report on my car but have...nt heard anything back from them currently. I would like to speak to the owner about this matter and if not then I will procede with whatever other actions that I have to take. I feel I am being treated very poorly and avoided by them completly. The sales asscociates dont care about anything after they get their money from the deal. I will go to the attorney general or the better busines beareu if no one feels they need to help me or make this right. I will NEVER buy a car from them again or give any sort of good refrences towards this business. more

Do not buy a car from this dealer!!!! Their inventory of used vehicles is of very poor quality! The staff does not have good knowledge of the cars they are trying to sell. They may look pretty on the outside, but the cars are not mechanically sound! Gauges not functioning correctly, lights not working properly, and dishonestly seem to be the norm here. When you ask them a question, the most popular answer is: ""I don't know"". The Service Dept. is also a disappointment! Their fixing practices consist of bubble gum and a prayer!
