The Best! 1/16/2012

We have been taking our pets to Dr. Claus for 16+ years for medical treatment, broading and grooming. Our experiences have always been very positive. We would not go anywhere else. We have been treated with respect, professionalism, and compassion by everyone who works for Dr Claus! Our adult children and our neighbors take their pets to South Shore Animal Hospital as well. We highly recommend Dr. Claus and his staff. more

Not a Happy Camper 8/10/2010

We recently left our dog at South Shores for boarding. When we arrived to pick him up he had feces all over his paws, they didnt know what toys or blankets were his. I honestly wondered why that was a problem, werent they in his run we paid for? We have used them many times before for boarding but at this point we are looking for a new vet and kennel facility. I wonder if he wasnt put in a cage with nothing when we paid for a "run". more
