Excellent work 7/9/2011

Dr. John Ulrich and his team provided excellent care and service. Sadly, the temporary crown only lasted 30+ hours. But, when I contacted the office, Nadezh immediately found a morning slot for me to return and have another temporary crown prepared while awaiting the permanent one. High marks! more

The staff members are simply terrific. From Carrie at the Front Desk warmly greeting each patient and then making them feel at ease, to Cynthia preparing the patient and getting them comfortable for the procedure, to Dr. Murphy who possesses both the technical skills of both a dentist and an accomplished artist, the overall experience proved outstanding! When a person is in pain or even uncomfortable, superior customer service accommodates the patient to resolve the issue and that was my most recent experience with Dr Ullrich and staff. I was seen without an appointment for my discomfort and action was taken immediately to resolve my issue. Thank you for fabulous service! more

I have had some horrific stories of dentists I've used in the past. . . .and suffice it to say I'm just so happy with this dentist. Very friendly and knowledgeable. My whole family goes here for everything from pediatric dentistry to my husbands all new front teeth (dental implants). We are all very happy. more
