Poor 8/19/2010

The scheduler for my cleaning mistakenly recorded my appointment time -- I showed up 15 min "early" only to be chastized by the hygientist for being 20 min "late". After the many years of loyalty we have had to this office I was highly disappointed in the manner with which this was handled. We will immediately be transferring to another practice. more

Greatest Dental Office 8/18/2010

South Riding Family Dentistry is the greatest dental clinic I've ever experienced. Everyone is so professional, friendly, and helpful. Especially, what makes this clinic different from other places is the outstanding front desk staff. They are so patient-oriented. more

My dental appointment today went well. Dr. Murphy, Cynthia and he whole team did a great job. I can appreciate you guys training the new lady (forgot her name) with actual OJT. I think her and Dr. Murphy will be a good team for a long time. more

Excellent 7/28/2010

Isabella just had her first "cleaning" appointment at SRFD. Elaine (I think was the hygienists name) was wonderful with her and her demeanor in the chair reflected it. We came from a "not so kid friendly" dentist and the first experience was not a good one for Isabella. She left a happy camper after this visit. Thank you so much and keep up the great work! more
