my wife and I bought a bank home and this company was the bank listing agents. Before sending a bid with our own realtor we called this company to try to get more information on the home and they were very helpful in explaining the process of buying a house from a bank. After our bid was accepted by the bank they not only contacted our realtor to tell us the good news, they also sent her an email with all the information needed including who to make our deposit to and highlighted all important information like the fact that the bank would pay a portion of our title work closing costs if we use the banks title company. An assistant emailed our realtor the contract signed by us and the bank with a list of all the contacts we need to communicate with like the sellers attorney, the title company and the HOA. She even sent those people a copy of the contract so that they can start working! When it was time for our inspection a young lady contacted our realtor and told us that everything was set and ready for us to do our home inspection, and when the HOA was giving us slack on getting the information we needed, she contacted the HOA herself and got us a copy of the condo docs by the next day. Throughout the deal they constantly provided us with updates and included us in all emails related to this deal. If we had any problems or questions we had our realtor call them first and always received quick and simple answers and fast responses if we left a voicemail. Our realtor wasn’t familiar with bank owned homes and they were very knowledgeable and helpful with all of our foreclosure and closing questions and made this experience so pleasant that we referred our friend to buy one of the houses they had listed!
