My service was scheduled at the last minute and Sarah took extremely great care of me and my car! The service was completed quickly and effectively and they even hand washed my car which was greatly appreciated! I will definitely bring my car back in to Sarah for any type of service because she cares about customer satisfaction more

Service advisors were friendly and helpful. While in the waiting area, any staff that walked by checked to see if I needed anything. Coffee, tv, restrooms were available. Routine maintenance was very quick. more

Excellent and very professional staff. I feel like I matter, and I get VIP treatment, being that I purchased my vehicle from this dealership. I live 30 miles away, but it's worth it, to get my vehicle serviced by this South County Nissan Hyundai. more

I took my car in to do an oil Chang and complete some recall work. The work itself was done well. They would've gotten 5 stars if they had cleaned up car after themselves. more

Over all a bad place to take your car to the advisor does not care about customer needs his just there to collect a paycheck did not explain any services done and the car was damaged during car wash that I did not request avoid this place at all cost more

40 minute drive out there // replaced a tire and did not balance it , drove out again , arrived at 3 / said couldn't do it today .wtf balance the f***** tire more

Friendly and informative staff. Parts for a recall job were needed and ordered. I was notified as soon as they came in and work was done in a timely and professional manner. Prices are competitive and reasonable. I will be returning for future maintenance work. more

Customer service in the service department was very welcoming and helpful with all my questions and concerns. Setting up the appointment to have the service work done was also very easy. The woman that set up the appointment was very polite and courteous also. more

Expensive & Ify 9/9/2014

Towed car to San Jose dealership for complete tune-up. 6 mo later, car stalls due to worn & slipping timing belt. Towed to Gilroy. San Jose did not catch belt issue. more

Great Service and care 8/21/2014

I tool my Hyundai Accent in for warrenty service and they were great. Weston Boeding kept me updated on what was happening with my car the entire time they had it. I was treated with respect and my car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. This was my first visit to the dealership and I am impressed! Thank you for the TLC more
