Over all a bad place to take your car to the advisor does not care about customer needs his just there to collect a paycheck did not explain any services done and the car was damaged during car wash that I did not request avoid this place at all cost more

40 minute drive out there // replaced a tire and did not balance it , drove out again , arrived at 3 / said couldn't do it today .wtf balance the f***** tire more

Friendly and informative staff. Parts for a recall job were needed and ordered. I was notified as soon as they came in and work was done in a timely and professional manner. Prices are competitive and reasonable. I will be returning for future maintenance work. more

Towed car to San Jose dealership for complete tune-up. 6 mo later, car stalls due to worn & slipping timing belt. Towed to Gilroy. San Jose did not catch belt issue. more

Great Service and care 8/21/2014

I tool my Hyundai Accent in for warrenty service and they were great. Weston Boeding kept me updated on what was happening with my car the entire time they had it. I was treated with respect and my car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. This was my first visit to the dealership and I am impressed! Thank you for the TLC more
