I had my Hyundai Elantra towed into the dealer to fix a flat. When I had called the day before, the service advisor told me the tow would be covered by Hyundai roadside assistance. That was easy and convenient and saved me some money. The service advisor was friendly and offered some bundled service packages that matched with the service I was looking for, at a good price. I was at a regular maintenance interval so I had some other work done as well as recall work that he found the car needed. He told me about a spare tire option that could be purchased for my car which I did. Next time I get a flat I want to be able to change the tire instead of calling for a tow. They had the car for the day and when I picked it up they had washed it. No complaints. I have had oil changes done there before, this was the first major service. I was satisfied. more
