My granddaughter and her baby moved here from Jefferson County. She needed a pediatrician for her baby. South Baldwin Pediatrics was recommended. Jennifer Adams was great at assisting me with all changes that had to be done. She was very courteous and very helpful in explaining what had to be done to change over from Jefferson Co. to Baldwin Co. Jennifer took all the information and took care of getting the change over started herself, so the baby could be seen the next day. I want to say Thank You Jennifer, it is so nice to know that there is still someone out there that cares enough to take the time to help, so the baby could be seen by Dr. David Sanford in the morning. I truly appreciate what you did today and that you were not rude. It is Great to know also, there are still some people that you can actually talk to over the phone, that realizes you need some help and they don't mind helping you,without having a attitude. Once again, Thank You Jennifer you were very helpful and very polite.
