I was parked at 1701 Congress Ave in Austin Texas on 8-25-08. A driver was loading the hoses and one struck my van putting a dint and taking paint off in several places. A police report was done like the company said had to be done. I have called and left my number 6 times for a superviser, asking for a return call. All I am told when I call is that he is in the field but will return my call.
