Not impressed with the service I received. I was a new client and I felt like a number, even with the nurse, it just felt like complete disinterest in my skin or myself as a client. Very disconcerting. I did not leave here feeling like I could trust them with my skin and this was after spending $3200??? more

All the reviews for SonaMedSpa appear to me to be faked by the company. My work invited us to go to an open house for Sona Med Spa, as we all work in the same building. All the reviews are by members who joined exactly six months ago, and only have only ever reviewed one business. Oh, except for the ones that have TWO reviews- one for the SonaMedSpa in Nashville and an identical review for the one in Greensboro, NC. more

Think twice! 9/8/2012

The initial consultation for hair removal, body contouring and weight loss was a great experience- of course thats why I made the decision to empty my wallet! All follow up appointments resulted in hour- long waiting times in the waiting room. All while staff congregated in reception area visiting with each other. The staff is friendly but many of my appointments were somehow not on the computer after I scheduled them. They were always operating with too few staff and I was asked to reschedule because they were not available. Seriously?? My suggestion: Buy a razor, join weight watchers and wear spanx! Save yourself time and trouble. Totally NOT worth the price! more

Don't go to SONA. There are plenty of other spas in Brentwood/Nashville. AND don't waste your money on them. The manager, Kristi, was rude to my friend (which WAS a client there too), I had to wait for a long time for my appointment, and their *discounted* packages aren't worth it. They discount the packages but then jack up the prices!! They must be desperate since they are on the radio 24/7! Awful experience. Will never see them again! - Ash more

It was one of the best decisions I have made for myself. Very friendly and helpful staff. They' were available by phone and email to answer any questions I had. They have very great deals. Just Do It! 4/19/2012

I have been debating for years to try this and stop feeling uncomfortable when I take off my shirt. My girlfriend finally convinced me to give it a shot. My only regret was the time I wasted before my first treatment. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. The tech made me feel comfortable and explained the process every step of the way. Professional medical spa environment 4/19/2012

I have become a recent patron of Sona Brentwood in the past 6 mos., and I have been very pleased with the professional environment there. It harmoniously combines a sterile medical facility with an aesthetically pleasing spa haven. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and attentive and strives to make you feel right at home. This is especially comforting during private treatment sessions such as hair removal procedures. When I first came here everyone welcomed me with open arm and was very conversational. I was nervous and a lil scared of getting laser hair removal but they asured me I would be fine PLENTY of times. Awesome Staff! 4/19/2012

I signed up for the Sona Weighloss program and have been very happy ever since. I began the weightloss program a couple of weeks before Thanksgiving (who does this???) and managed to lose 17 pounds in 2 months! The staff is extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Laurel helped me stay focused during the holidays and when I came down with the flu in the middle of my journey, she helped me through that with tips, tricks and most of all encouragement. I am still down the 17 pounds as I went on a lifestyle change rather than a diet. I also received biweekly vitamin B12 injections and the nurses were always polite, courteous, friendly and always showed genuine concern with my wellbeing. I would highly recommend Sona Med Spa!!! I got 50% off sun damage removal and it helped a great deal. The nurses that do the treatments are a bit inconsistent with their technique but the overall results were acceptable for sure. long term is a joke 10/12/2011

I paid for the laser hair removal buy one get one free. so i had my chin and lip done. yes it works great for the first 8 months or so.. but its been 2 years since i had mine done and today...i cant even tell i had anything done..all the hair has came back and more.o yeah they will tell you that you may need follow up visits after your initial treatments.. but at the time i did it, each visit thereafter was $75.00 + a 2 hr drive for me.. looking back..if i had done the extra vists..id still be paying for nothing in the long run.... TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY in my opinion!! more
