My husband and I just bought my engagement ring (20 year anniversary gift) and I could not be happier. Rami was fantastic. He was sincerely more interested in providing the diamond and ring we were looking for rather than making a quick sale. He took the time to find out what was important to us and even after he sold us the diamond, he made sure the setting and all the other elements were perfect. Finding a ring and diamond is a very daunting task for those of us who are don't know much about diamonds and nervous about purchasing a ring on the internet. After searching the internet and looking atcountless websites and diamonds, I happened upon Solomon Brothers. From my first email, the Solomon Brother's sales expert, Rami Hachamoff, took great care and patience with me. I found Rami to be extremely knowledgeable and answered all my emailswith professionalism. He worked with me to understand what I was looking for and did a fanastic job in my search and we picked a great stone! Fantastic selection and service! I will never shop anywhere else. From the first time I walked into Solomon Brothers and Ron Puckett helped me, I was impressed and knew I had found my jeweler. I was never made to feel rushed and Ron always kept my budget in mind. I have made several purchases, some big and some small-- he always made me feel like each one was important. Ron has gotten to know me and my tastes and is able to point me in the right direction so I am always happy. I will never go anywhere else! more

I never write reviews however the exceptional service provided by Lisa Mattingly at Solomon Brothers deserves one. About three weeks ago I was searching the country for a specific Tacori engagement ring. Local Tacori dealers told me they could not get the ring in time for my anniversary so I began randomly calling Tacori dealers to see if they had one in stock and that is when I met Lisa by phone. After being repeatedly told by jewelers across the country that I could be the next star of mission impossible and there was no way to get the ring in time Lisa told me she would take the time to contact Tacori to see if it could be done. A short time later Lisa returned my call and promised the impossible, she said she could have the ring on time and ship it from GA to NJ with one day to spare. I was delighted and even purchased a diamond from her sight unseen too, if that doesn't demonstrate up most trust I don't know what does. Naturally I was a little nervous when I placed the order more

Mark helped me select the perfect gift for my parents wedding anniversary. He made recommendations that my Mom loved so much! I shopped around for quite some time, before stopping by, and now I wish I had started my search with them. They made the process easy and exciting. I recently had the opportunity to work with Susan on a diamond purchase which was set in a pendant for my wife. I had been using the Internet and the Diamond Search Engine to find what I wanted and not originally with Susan. During my search I encountered many delays with another company I was trying to deal with and time of the essence seeing how this was to be a birthday gift. Your company had the same diamond listed and I realized you were closer to me geographically than your competitor and decided to contact Solomon Brothers to see if I could get this purchase moving. I had tried for more than a week to get an answer with regards to the diamond I was interested in with your competitor to no avail and Susan had an answer for me within a day. As it turned out the diamond I was interested in was at another store and they were going to have it long enough that I would have missed the birthday delivery. Susan suggested I look for another diamond and offered to help with the search. When I did get back to her with another option she immediately checked on it, informed me that it was available, gave me a comparable price to a competitor and told me it was a much better choice than my original one. She was able to have it set for me which was a concern of mine because I had lost so much time I wasn't sure if I would be able to have the pendant completed soon enough here. Susan was extremely helpful and diligent in trying to satisfy my needs as a customer and I wanted to personally let someone above her know what an asset to the company she is. Because of her efforts I would not hesitate to use Solomon Brothers in the future and would recommend them to any who may be looking to make a diamond purchase. SW more

After learning of Solomon Brothers and following some online research I decided to drive the couple of hours from our home in SC to visit. I was looking for a larger center diamond for my Wife's wedding ring and some repair work was also required. I was quickly introduced to Ryan. Ryan was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I leaned on his expertise to help me choose the best cut for the ring and we soon found the ideal stone within my budget. I purchased a 1 ct. Radiant cut diamond and the ring arrived today. It is beautiful. The stone was exactly what was needed to enhance the ring and the mounting and repair was perfect. I saved a considerable amount of money and discovered that superb service, value and craftsmanship is very much alive and well at Solomon Brothers. Best of all, my wife loves her new ring.Thanks Ryan! more
