I called the Tech SUpport for advice on selecting a new antenna. I was able to get through very quickly and spoke with a personable and knowledgeable young lady who assisted me in selecting the right antenna for my needs. She went back and looked at my former purchases and was able to add information. I really appreciated her service. Then I ordered from the website. It was quick and efficient. This website is great and easy to use...a month or 2 ago I purchased 2 remotes from you guys and they never worked. It had to do with the IR/RC something or other. You guys should really warn people about that during checkout or something. Other than that- great. more

I have bought antenna products from Solid Signal for some time. They always deliver rapidly have hit each order exactly correctly and the products come well packaged. This has made it far easier for me to maintain antennas rather than paying for satellite reception at several locations. Last week I watched Chicago which is over 100 miles away on an indoor antenna. Now that the snow is off the roof I can repair the main antenna more

This is my 2nd Solid Signal 8200XL antenna that I"ve purchased from your website and the service has been great.. I bought one for my dad after he saw the great picture and the 43 channels that I pick up.. Not to mentioned the savings per month $109... that's over $1200 a year.. I purchased the ClearStream 4V Indoor/Outdoor HDTV Antenna with Mount, and it arrived as expected. It was easy to setup! I was hoping to get at least 20 channels OTA, I live in Sterling, VA. But to my amazement, I received 62 channels, and this was with the antenna leaning against a window, not exactly in the right direction, and indoors! I plan on moving to the outside on the roof and align it to the correct direction. I may get a few more channels with it outside. I should have done this years ago. I will be cutting the cable cord, just keeping internet for Hulu, Netflix and Amazon. Bob in Virginia more

I have always had great service, products and excellent recommendations from the Solid Signal staff. I recently bought the HDB8X antenna & CM3414 splitter/amp to install in my condominium and the Winegard MS2002 for a family member. They work perfectly and were easy to install. I recommend Solid Signal to friends who are interested in improving their in-house cable system or cutting the overpriced cable altogether. Keep up the good work folks! more
