Shipping seems kind of high. It would be nice to have option to ship using US post office. I find they are faster the other carriers for less money. more

Recently had to return a receiver I purchased form solid signal. I called and spoke to Thomas Mattison. He was completely professional and took care of my return with absolutely no problems. Unit was returned via FedEx at no expense to me and new unit arrived in just days. I have purchased several things from Solid Signal this being the first with any trouble. I will continue to use them when purchasing equipment they provide. Great customer service keeps customers coming back. Good going Solid Signal!! more

My dad lives in the central valley of California, old clunky antenna, got 3-4 channels max, will not spring for a dish. I called Solid Signal, his location was evaluated by a technician with equipment recommendations. I ordered an antenna and amplifier, two days later my 86 year old dad gets 42 channels clear as a bell! Good job! more

I had different customer service representatives inform me they would check on my order and e-mail on the status of the order I had not receive. Finally Ashley Ross (a great representative) did e-mail with information. I feel it is very important that your representative provide e-mail information upon request. more
