Solid Rock is the kind of workout you don't even know you are doing because you are having so much fun. If you don't have your own equipment, it is very much like the bowling alley where they tack on charges for additional items (the belayer, shoe rental, chalk bag, etc.) As mentioned they do change the layout of the holds so if you go here once a month it is completely different each time. They offer memberships as well which reduce the costs further. It is recommended you go here with a partner to spot you.
