I had the pleasure to be twice a tenant of two different canal front homes in Merritt Island through Solar Realty. I cannot commend them enough. They really made my rental experience a breeze. Always there for me and my family, even in weekends, if any problem, I just had to call them and they would come to my rescue. If not service provider (plumber, electrician, etc...) available due to the weekend or in the hurricane season, their agents would come (John, Bruce, Richard, Linda, etc...) and do the work themselves . Now I am a home owner, but if I were a renter, I wouldn't go anywhere else to do business with. Solar Realty of Merritt Island earned my trust and my business. Thank you very much guys! more

Our experience with Solar Realty is limited to one home purchase. An agent of Solar Realty from the Merritt Island, FL office was the sales agent. I will never deal with Solar Realty again whether buying or selling a home. I must admit that the seller was particularly difficult, which placed Solar Realty’s sales agent in a difficult position. However, I was unimpressed with the way the entire transaction was conducted. In particular, I felt there was a terrible lack of communication and response when things were channeled through Solar Realty. We continually had to meet face-to-face with the seller (from prior to contract through the closing) to properly communicate our concerns. I did not feel they earned their commission and will never deal with them again. more
