Rip Off 3/24/2011

I recieved a gift card from my husband to thi spa. when i went to make my appointment i was informed that it was new owners and they were not honoring the gift cards but would give 20% off for services until you recieved the discount matching the amount of your gift card. This gift card was months old and i feel that this is cheap way to bring in business. more
