Never ever go to this location on a Monday, if you do you will regret it. I went here on a Monday because I needed to get my new social security card with my new married last name. I waited for 3 hours to be finally called up to the window only to be told that what I had wasn’t good enough. They told me I was going to have to go get some papers that I needed and then come back. Luckily they give you a piece of paper that’s like a move to the front of the line pass. You can only use it that day or the next. This is a good thing to have but can suck for those still waiting in line. There were a lot of times where they only had 3 windows open. It’s not like a minute transaction, most of these people had lots of papers and there issues took time. Dealing with the social security office sucks enough as it is, so if you can help it, don’t go on a Monday.
