Mr. Snyder helped my family with a difficult issue that could have been a disaster and he did with amazing clarity, understanding and attention to detail. He seems to intuitively understand that people, not just issues of law, are involved and acts accordingly. He's a gem in a small town who doesn't just give lip service to caring for the community, but actually does care about his clients. I have lived here many years and have never once heard someone say he talked out of school, either. His small office is downtown Sweet Home, a nice and rather quaint building with a most pleasant secretary waiting in the front office. There is parking free of meters on the street. Near the 12th Street stoplight on Main Street (Hwy. 20). Look for the brown front on the north side of the road. His sign is next to the door. PROS: Very good man. CONS: None. more

Robert Snyder is an attorney at law in Sweet Home, Oregon. His biggest plus is that he's a good man who also is a good lawyer. He's very nice and easy to talk to and doesn't talk down to you or act like he's in a hurry and keep looking at his watch or act like you're stupid for not knowing the laws or how things work. I don't know if he does criminal work or not because my experience with him was him helping a friend of mine with a civil issue. I was very impressed that he was able to explain things to my friend in an easy to understand way. My friend lacked a strong education and I had gone along at his request because he was worried that he wouldn't know what Mr. Snyder was saying. He didn't need to worry, though. Mr. Snyder is was kind, understanding and more than able to speak to my friend so he could understand everything very easily. I would recommend him for civil issues. I heard he is the city attorney, too, but I don't know for sure so I would check that out before go more
