HVAC--good cleaning/fixing and timeframe/amount to replace 10/9/2017

Mauricio replaced a fused/melted connector, pointing out how surges can zap or kill an entire system. He cleaned the unit and drain thoroughly, and with his usual care. We also know the signs of when it is time to replace the system, and how long we might have before that has to be done. Great work! more

I will refer Snyder Air Conditioning and specifically Robert H. because of the A+ service we experienced with him. I know personally for any future service I will only request Robert. Robert was very professional, pleasant, and efficient. He cleaned our units, and he changed the position of a surge protector and added another one. I would not have known one was in the wrong place, so I appreciate that he was concerned for our best interest. We have used Snyder for years and trust their pricing. They also send their best service professionals to service us. Ken was a favorite and recently retired, so we requested Robert, who we hope will continue to service us in the future. more
