Twin Cities Landmark! 3/12/2012

If you haven't been to Snuffy's in a while check out the Roseville location. I think they are under new management. I was very impressed the fast seating and great service. We went there on a saturday night and only had to wait 10 minutes for a table, and the place was packed! The food is awesome, the burgers were juicy and the onion rings are the best I've ever had. There is about 30 different malt flavors, and they add different flavors all the time. I noticed that they have a new monthly special board right when you walk in too (seems hard to see when it was busy in there). Also, I had a coupon for buy one burger get one free. It was expired and they still honored it! more

It is a great place for the family 12/12/2008

I have been eating here since the 80's and continue to come back because the food is incredible. The staff is also very friendly. Make sure to have the malts. They are the best around. You can't go wrong here! Pros: They have the best burgers in town more

Snuffy's is a great place to grab a burger and a malt. It's a cute little shop. Seems rather busy; sometimes you may have to wait a bit to get a table. more

Quaint, but not all it's cracked up to be 6/7/2007

I was told this place was great, so I was very excited when I found a coupon. My husband and I tried it out and were kindof disappointed. The place had a quaint atomsphere, but it was almost like ""the restaurant that was."" Maybe it's enjoyable if it's a family memory... But I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a clean-feeling dinner. The place just felt old and dirty to me.\r \r The malts were GREAT! Best Onion Rings!!! I rate it an eight!! 4/25/2007

We have frequented this restaurant many times, and I absolutely LOVE their onion rings!!! The burgers are ok, and the malts are good, especially the Hot Fudge Banana Malt!! But when I am craving a good onion ring, Snuffys is the place to go. I just wish they had one in Andover..we need a good burger joint!!\r We have always had great service too, we have never experienced a negative experience there. more

Great Malts and Great Hamburgers!!!! 2/6/2007

I've only been to Snuffy's for lunch, but ALL the times I've gone (about 10) have been a great experience. No waiting to be seated (except the day before the State Fair begins). Prompt service and even prompter when ordering a malt! they even scoop it into the glass for you (avoiding the plop-plop overflow). Not once have I had a bad experience. They are always so kind and courteous, even upon leaving! Their burgers are the BEST! Next to their root beer malts... It is the place I choose when it's my turn to decide where to go for lunch! If you want a casual experience for a great price, Snuffy's is the place to go! Pros: Hamburgers and Malts Cons: Parking can be a challenge some days. more

Big Dissappointment 12/8/2006

I had a coupon for Snuffys so I tried it. I had the burger and I was VERY disappointed. I would rather go to BK or Wendy's for a burger next time. I didn't try the Malts or anything else, so I can't comment. But, with the quality of their Burgers, I'll likely never go back again. \r \r more

snuffy's pretty much has that whole 1950's thing covered. the food's pretty good if you like burgers and fries. but, the best thing to do is to go into snuffy's and flirt with the pimple-faced high school boys who work there. they're adorable and awkward and add more to the atmosphere than any swivel stool could. more

Good food, slow service 9/11/2006

Although the food and drinks are great and reminiscent of the 1950s diners, the service is consistently disappointing. I've gone multiple times, hoping that the servers will redeem themselves, but they are always amazingly slow--regardless of how busy or empty the restaurant is. We did have a great server the last time, but she appeared to be the only person working in the entire place with many full tables. Pros: Chili dogs! Cherry sodas! Chocolate malts! Cons: Service. Great Restaurant - Great People 1/26/2006

My friend's step-dad is the manager there, and Snuffy's is really a great hangout for teenagers. I know most of th eople who work there, and all my friends go up there all the time. They have super good food, and the malts are awesome!!! It's all a pretty good price, too. Pros: nice people, great malts more

A step above fast food 9/19/2005

I have been to Snuffy's twice and both times I recieved really bad service. I resent paying $25 for a family of 3 to eat when you have asked the waiter for a glass of water 3 times, or cant get their attention because they are just too busy being social. I really resent the fact that my food is still the same price weither or not it comes out less than fresh. I just feel the food is over priced for what it is and the restraunt is over rated for its nostalgia which is peeling away at the edges. I gave it two chances and I just dont think it makes a very good dining experience. The reality is for $30 I can take my family of 3 and go to many other restraunts and get much better service and good food, and that is what more

Snuffy's Good for a little Relaxation 8/20/2002

Snuffy's is a favorites of my wife and me. There malts are of course great. There is the occasional crappy waiter but what do you expect out of teenage kids flirting behind the counter. Most of the time they really do a good job. So they charge a little for extra's, umm..... go to a resturant that charges more than $20 a meal and then go back to Snuffy's you'll se what a bargain it is. Mostly it is just relaxing fun.
