Great sports Bar. Period. horribly small, way overpriced weak cocktails. Gin and Tonic $6.00. Eat at home and get drunk at the ritz beforehand. Food is lousy at best and service ...

Sweet setting but... 8/8/2002

They have the best set up possible to go watch any sporting event. However, the selection on the menu is rather limited. What they have is great, but what they need is something that no one else has to eat, something of thier own. Pros: Huge TVs, footballshow location, excelllent bar Cons: need audio all tables, more selection menu more

Good food. Plenty of room. Offers non-smoking dining section. Beer, drinks and foor are a little more expensive than other sports bars in town. The beer selection isn't as broad as Jax Ale House. The Sneakers at the Beach is nicer and has great televisions (huge screens). more

somebody tell me what ""too pricy"" means? i would say sneakers is fairly priced, especially considering the great environment it provides fo you. cheerleaders. big screens. well dressed clientelle. this place rocks. The TV's are great, the waiters are very helpful, the food was actually seasoned well. Drinks have just enough alcohol in them. more

Nice but MUCH too costly 7/1/2002

My husband and another couple visited the Sneakers on the Beach, it was very nice, pleasing to the eye, but WOW!! I nearly had a heartattack when the bill came. I would certainly visit more if the price was more reasonable. I really do not understand why no sides are served with the steak, and how four frozen drinks could possible add up to 30 dollars. Our bill for 4 was 120 dollars, so needless to say I won't be visiting again any time soon. Pros: atmosphere, service, good parking Cons: EXPENSIVE, so many tvs it is, a bit overwhelming more

HOME AWAY FROM HOME 5/23/2002

I go to Sneakers on Atlantic quite often and I think the food and drinks are awesome I watch all of my favorite sporting events and also have great conversations the staff is the best in town, they always greet me right away and make sure we are taken care of. I wouldn't go anywhere else for any type of play- off game. I like the one at the Beach too but it's a little less friendly and customer oriented. more
