Certain things are better than others, but the place is fairly consistent.
The beef is lame, the St Louis style ribs are pretty tough. The baby backs are outstanding, worth the extra 2 bucks. The pulled pork is also good.
Get a few twisted timber drinks while you are there. Half margarita, half daiquiri, it is sweet but enjoyable still.
Can't wait to try the freshly made donuts, but I am always to full to indulge.
