I had to call these guys to find out why my AC wasn't working. I had used them in the past and they seemed to do good work. But when there was NO work to be done, I got charged the same amount. $59. I talked with the owner and he reitterated the fact that they have a minimum fee for stopping out. That's a lot of money for them to ""diagnose"" nothing. Problem wasn't fixed and I was told to ""change my air filter"" which was done a week prior. So the diagnostic fee was given to me because they Diagnosed to replace my air filter, which it wasn't even bad. But hey, business is business per the owner!
Well, here's my review of your company... un-compromising and ridiculous. Thanks for nothing. I hope to find another company in town because if I'm stuck with this company, I won't be happy. We all have other bills to pay and for under a 5 minute stop for no fix, $59 is a lot of money to throw away.
