Smilecare Dental is the worst dental practice I have had the misfortune to deal with. They did not charge me correctly based on my primary coverage and did not file my secondary coverage, even though we saw them make copies of the insurance cards several times. We asked them repeatedly to file the insurance and they assured us they did. They lied. Neither insurance was filed. If you want to be treated fairly and honestly, don't go to Smilecare.
